swinger

I had forgotten all about these swing bikes. A friend used to have one when I was a kid, I was never very good at riding it. This kid had it dialed.

JDH 2 cam

Nice 2 cam JDH for the paltry swap meet price of $68,500 . Got another? I'll take two!

cash cow

I'd never seen a Bates seat this new looking before. I thought it was a fake but it was supposedly NOS. It was selling for 600 bucks. I'd sit on nails before I'd pay 600 for a seat. I had to take a photo of it just the same.

wonder if this guy know's how much a Bates seat goes for on ebay.. I bet he'd swap that for a banana seat if he could get a 1000 for his Bates.. hell he'd probably sit on just the seatpost for a 1000!

Running with the Devil

AAAHHHYEEAHHAAHAAHAAAHH...

I live my life like theres no tomorrow
And all I've got I had to steal
Least I dont need to beg or borrow
Yes Im living at a pace that kills

Running with the devil
Running with the devil

You know I, I found the simple life, werent so simple, no
When I jumped out on that road
Got no love, no love youd call real
Got nobody waiting at home

Running with the devil

.... uh .. or something like that .. I dunno maybe not.. but this Pan - Shovel is crazy, molded and extended 39 knuckle frame ( that alone is enough to make the stocker purists shit themselves, ! ), molded banana tank, Weber Carb, widened BSA rear fender.. Extended Indian Girder, twin Hellas.. David Lee Roth not included.

Gaku's New 51

Got back from Davenport this afternoon after 2 1/2 days in the truck. I've driven across the country a few times but I always forget the sheer magnitude of how big it is. 2 1/2 days and we were only a little half way across the country.
I didn't find much at the swap meet and nothing I was looking for even though there were over 900 vendors there. Most things were really overpriced.. you'd go around the corner and find the same thing for half what the other guy was selling it for. Some guy wanted a 100 for a ratty old king and queen seat... and also a 100 for a Wassel molded tank. Too high..Gaku found a nicer one for 20 a little while later... and I found a king and queen for 17 later on as well. When the swap meet was closing up the 100 dollar versions were still there. The sweetest buy of the weekend was Gaku buying this barn fresh 51 Pan .. I was excited and I wasn't even buying it! Nice one Gak!
